Common use of Administrative Agent and Arranger Fees Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent and Arranger Fees. The Parent agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Parent, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated as of September 27, 2019 between U.S. Bank and the Parent (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified, renewed or replaced from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof and thereof, the “Fee Letter”), or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

The Parent Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the ParentParent Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated as of September 27August 9, 2019 between U.S. Bank and the Parent (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified, renewed or replaced from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof and thereof, the “Fee Letter”)2000, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
