Common use of Administrative Agent and Arranger Fees Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated February 5, 2002, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the each Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the each Arranger pursuant to that those certain letter agreement agreements dated February 5November 13, 20022001, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated February 5January 14, 20022011, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the ArrangerArrangers, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger Arrangers pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated February 5June 1, 20022011 between the Administrative Agent and the Borrower and that certain letter agreement dated June 1, 2011 among the Syndication Agent, WFS and the Borrower (collectively, the “Fee Letters”), or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated February 5August 23, 20022005, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent Agent, the Lenders and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated February 5October 11, 20022001 (the “Fee Letter”), or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain fee letter agreement dated February 5March 18, 20022011, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the ArrangerArranger such additional fees as are specified in the fee letter dated as of August 16, for their respective accounts2006, among the Administrative Agent, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent Arranger and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated February 5, 2002, or as otherwise agreed from time to timeBorrower (the “Fee Letter”).
