Common use of Administrative Agent and Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent and Affiliates. With respect to any Investment or interests therein owned by any Purchaser Party that is also the Administrative Agent, such Purchaser Party shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any other Purchaser Party and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent and any of its Affiliates may generally engage in any kind of business with the Seller or any Affiliate thereof and any Person who may do business with or own securities of the Seller or any Affiliate thereof, all as if the Administrative Agent were not the Administrative Agent hereunder and without any duty to account therefor to any other Secured Party.
