Common use of Administrative Access Clause in Contracts

Administrative Access. (i) Administrative Access Credentials are the property of the Customer; The Supplier shall provide Customer with any Administrative Access Credentials Microsoft provides with respect to a Product purchased by Customer. (ii) If the Supplier (i) retains or obtains any Administrative Access Credentials of a Customer for any purpose, including the fulfilment of its support obligations under the Contract, or (ii) otherwise has access to or processes Customer Data, then the data protection terms found under the Master Services Agreement governing the use of Administrative Access Credentials shall apply. (iii) Customer shall supply Administrative Access Credentials to Supplier on request from time to time to enable Supplier to fulfil its support obligations under the Contract.
