Administration; Reporting Procedures. Operator shall develop administrative procedures, incident reporting and management procedures, security procedures, performance monitoring and reporting procedures, planned maintenance schedules, environmental monitoring and reporting procedures, fire fighting procedures, inventory storage and monitoring procedures, all in compliance with the Project Agreements. All such procedures shall be submitted to Owner for approval.
