Administration of Program Plans. CAA shall be responsible for administering each Program, in accordance with Applicable Law. Such administration may include, without limitation: 2.2.1. Establishing, operating, and/or funding collection systems for Covered Materials and from eligible entities; 2.2.2. Provisioning and/or funding the collection, transport, and management of Covered Materials to and from eligible entities, as defined under Applicable EPR Law; 2.2.3. Educating and conducting outreach for the collection and management of Covered Materials; 2.2.4. Preparing and distributing annual reports and other reports required for compliance with Applicable EPR Law; and 2.2.5. Disbursing funds to cover administrative, operations, capital, and compliance related costs associated with implementing the Program Plan.
