Common use of Administration and Implementation Clause in Contracts

Administration and Implementation. (a) The Parties may implement this Agreement by meetings, writings and other communications between them, and may make such other arrangements as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the purposes and provisions of this Agreement. (b) The Parties, in implementing this Agreement, may agree on their LEGAL\34560471\1 INDAMEX CROSS SPACE CHARTER, SAILING AND COOPERATIVE WORKING AGREEMENT Agreement No. 011830-011 (7th Edition) Original Page No. 7 respective rights, liabilities, and indemnities arising under this Agreement including, but not limited to, matters such as failure to perform, force majeure, and insurances. The phase-in of tonnage will be conducted in a smooth and economic manner and be completed as soon as possible. The Party phasing-in the tonnage will bear the phase- in costs.
