Common use of Administration and Collection of Financed Eligible Loans Clause in Contracts

Administration and Collection of Financed Eligible Loans. (i) The Authority shall, or shall cause a Servicer or Servicers selected by the Authority to, administer and collect all Financed Eligible Loans which are part of the Trust Estate in a competent, diligent, and orderly fashion and in accordance with all applicable requirements of the Higher Education Act, the Secretary, the Regulations of the Secretary and each Guaranty Agency, and this Indenture.
