Adjustments to Number of Put Options. Concurrently with any adjustment to the Exercise Price under ‎Section 4.01, the Number of Put Options shall be adjusted such that the Number of Put Options in effect immediately following the effectiveness of such adjustment will be equal to the Number of Put Options in effect immediately prior to such adjustment, multiplied by a fraction, (i) the numerator of which is the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment and (ii) the denominator of which is the Exercise Price in effect immediately following such adjustment, rounded up to the nearest whole number.
