Adjustments to Exercise Price and Number of Warrant Shares. In order to prevent dilution of the purchase rights granted under this Agreement and the Warrants, the Exercise Price and the Share Rate shall be subject to adjustment from time to time as provided in this Section 4 (in each case, after taking into consideration any prior adjustments pursuant to this Section 4).
