Common use of Adjustments to Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Adjustments to Common Stock. As used herein, references to the terms “Common Stock” or “shares of Restricted Stock” shall also be references to securities of any kind whatsoever received in exchange for, and securities of any kind whatsoever, or other property, including cash, received as a dividend on or other distribution in respect of, such shares of Common Stock or shares of Restricted Stock.
