Adjustments For Stock Dividends, Stock Splits, Recapitalizations, Combinations, Etc. If the Company shall at any time issue a stock dividend on its outstanding shares of Common Stock or effect a recapitalization, stock split, reverse stock split, reorganization, consolidation, split-up, combination, repurchase or exchange of shares of its Common Stock or other securities of the Company that affects the outstanding number of shares of Common Stock, all provisions set forth in this Agreement that are affected by a specified number of shares of Common Stock shall be appropriately adjusted.
