Common use of Adjustment to Number of Shares Clause in Contracts

Adjustment to Number of Shares. In the event of any adjustment to the Exercise Price prior to the expiration of the Term of this Warrant, pursuant to the terms of this Warrant, including but not limited to any Voluntary Adjustment, the number of Warrant Shares issuable upon Exercise of this Warrant shall be increased such that the aggregate Exercise Price payable in a full Cash Exercise hereunder, after taking into account the decrease in the Exercise Price, shall be equal to the aggregate Exercise Price payable in a full Cash Exercise prior to such adjustment.
