Common use of Adjustment to number of Common Shares purchasable upon adjustment to Exercise Price Clause in Contracts

Adjustment to number of Common Shares purchasable upon adjustment to Exercise Price. Unless the Corporation shall have exercised its election as provided in Section 2.3(i) below, upon each adjustment of the Exercise Price as a result of the calculations made in Sections 2.3(b) and (c) above, each Right outstanding immediately prior to the making of such adjustment shall thereafter evidence the right to purchase, at the adjusted Exercise Price, that number of Common Shares (calculated to the nearest one ten-thousandth) obtained by (A) multiplying (x) the number of shares purchasable upon exercise of a Right immediately prior to this adjustment by (y) the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment of the Exercise Price, and (B) dividing the product so obtained by the Exercise Price in effect immediately after such adjustment of the Exercise Price.

Adjustment to number of Common Shares purchasable upon adjustment to Exercise Price. Unless the Corporation shall have exercised its election as provided in Section 2.3(i) below, upon each adjustment of the Exercise Price as a result of the calculations made in Sections Section 2.3(b) and or (c) above, each Right outstanding immediately prior to the making of such adjustment shall thereafter evidence the right to purchase, at the adjusted Exercise Price, that number of Common Shares (calculated to the nearest one ten-thousandth) obtained by (A) multiplying (x) the number of shares purchasable upon exercise of a Right immediately prior to this adjustment by (y) the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment of the Exercise Price, and (B) dividing the product so obtained by the Exercise Price in effect immediately after such adjustment of the Exercise Price.

Unless the Corporation shall have exercised its election as provided in Section Subsection 2.3(i) below, upon each adjustment of the Exercise Price as a result of the calculations made in Sections Subsections 2.3(b) and (c) above, each Right outstanding immediately prior to the making of such adjustment shall thereafter evidence the right to purchase, at the adjusted Exercise Price, that number of Common Shares (calculated to the nearest one ten-thousandth) obtained by by: (Ai) multiplying (xA) the number of shares purchasable upon exercise of a Right immediately prior to this adjustment by (yB) the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment of the Exercise Price, ; and (Bii) dividing the product so obtained by the Exercise Price in effect immediately after such adjustment of the Exercise Price.

Adjustment to number of Common Shares purchasable upon adjustment to Exercise Price. Unless the Corporation shall will have exercised its election as provided in Section 2.3(i) subsection 2.3.12 below, upon each adjustment of the Exercise Price as a result of the calculations made in Sections 2.3(b) subsections 2.3.3 and (c) 2.3.4 above, each Right outstanding immediately prior to the making of such adjustment shall will thereafter evidence the right to purchase, at the adjusted Exercise Price, that number of Common Shares (calculated to the nearest one ten-thousandth, notwithstanding subsection 2.3.6) obtained by (A) multiplying (x) the number of shares purchasable upon exercise of a Right immediately prior to this adjustment by (y) the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment of the Exercise Price, and (B) dividing the product so obtained by the Exercise Price in effect immediately after such adjustment of the Exercise Price.

Adjustment to number of Common Shares purchasable upon adjustment to Exercise Price. Unless the Corporation shall have exercised its election as provided in Section 2.3(i2.3(9) below, upon each adjustment of the Exercise Price as a result of the calculations made in Sections 2.3(bSection 2.3(2) and (cSection 2.3(3) above, each Right outstanding immediately prior to the making of such adjustment shall thereafter evidence the right to purchase, at the adjusted Exercise Price, that number of Common Shares (calculated to the nearest one ten-thousandth) obtained by (A) multiplying (x) the number of shares purchasable upon exercise of a Right immediately prior to this adjustment by (y) the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment of the Exercise Price, and (B) dividing the product so obtained by the Exercise Price in effect immediately after such adjustment of the Exercise Price.

Adjustment to number of Common Shares purchasable upon adjustment to Exercise Price. Unless the Corporation shall have exercised its election as provided in Section 2.3(i2.3(9) below, upon each adjustment of the Exercise Price as a result of the PAGE 24 SHAREHOLDER RIGHTS PLAN calculations made in Sections 2.3(bSection 2.3(2) and (c3) above, each Right outstanding immediately prior to the making of such adjustment shall thereafter evidence the right to purchase, at the adjusted Exercise Price, that number of Common Shares (calculated to the nearest one ten-thousandth) obtained by (A) multiplying (x) the number of shares purchasable upon exercise of a Right immediately prior to this adjustment by (y) the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment of the Exercise Price, and (B) dividing the product so obtained by the Exercise Price in effect immediately after such adjustment of the Exercise Price.

Adjustment to number of Common Shares purchasable upon adjustment to Exercise Price.
