Adjustment to Number of Adjustment Shares. Whenever there is an adjustment pursuant to any provision of Section 1(b)(vii), the Company shall promptly mail to each Buyer a notice setting forth the adjustment to the number of Adjustment Shares and setting forth a brief statement of the facts requiring such adjustment.
