ADJUSTMENT OF WARRANT SHARES PURCHASABLE. (a) The number of Warrant Shares that may be acquired upon the exercise or conversion of this Warrant and the Exercise Price of such shares are subject to adjustment from time to time upon the occurrence of any of the events enumerated in this Section 2.4 at any time or from time to time after the date hereof and prior to the Expiration Date.
