Common use of Adjustment of Property Losses Clause in Contracts

Adjustment of Property Losses. After the occurrence and during the continuation of a Cancellation Event or Termination Event, the loss, if any, under any property insurance covering the Facility required to be carried by this Schedule shall be adjusted with the insurance companies or otherwise collected, including, without limitation, the filing of appropriate proceedings, by the Lessee in consultation with the Lessor.
