Adjustment Note. ‌ A party will issue an Adjustment Note for or in respect of any Adjustment Event to the other party 5 Business Days prior to the due date for payment (if any) or otherwise, within 10 Business Days of when the party became aware or should have become aware of the Adjustment Event, if there is no payment to be made by the other party.
