Adjustment in Exercise Price. Upon any adjustment to the number of Warrant Units issuable upon exercise of this Warrant pursuant to this Section 4 (each, a “Warrant Unit Adjustment”), the Aggregate Exercise Price upon the exercise of this Warrant thereafter shall be adjusted by multiplying the Aggregate Exercise Price applicable prior to such Warrant Unit Adjustment by a fraction: the numerator of which shall be the number of Warrants Units issuable upon exercise of this Warrant immediately prior to such Warrant Unit Adjustment and the denominator of which shall be the number of Warrant Units issuable upon exercise of this Warrant immediately after such Warrant Unit Adjustment.
