Adjustment for size Sample Clauses

Adjustment for size. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company may adjust any quotation, value or price obtained or determined in accordance with Clauses 17.1.1 to 17.1.5 to reflect the fact that the amount of the Relevant Asset being Valued in accordance with Clause 17.1 is unusually large or unusually small for such Asset in the relevant market, or where different quotations have been received in smaller amounts to produce an aggregate equivalent to the amount of the Relevant Asset.
