Adjunct Services Sample Clauses

The Adjunct Services clause defines the scope and terms under which additional, supplementary services may be provided alongside the main contractual services. Typically, this clause outlines what constitutes an adjunct service, how such services are requested or approved, and any associated fees or conditions. For example, it may cover technical support, training, or consulting that is not included in the base agreement. Its core function is to clarify the process and expectations for obtaining extra services, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring both parties are aware of any additional obligations or costs.
