ADJUDICATION USING A POINT SYSTEM. 4.1 Although the contract will generally be awarded to the bidder scoring the highest number of points the Municipality reserves the right to award the contract at its sole discretion to any other bidder. 4.2 Preference points shall be calculated after prices have been brought to a comparative basis. 4.3 Points scored will be rounded off to 2 decimal places. 4.4 In the event of equal points scored, the bid will be awarded to the bidder scoring the highest number of points for specified goals.
