Adjudged Forfeiture. The minimum forfeitures to be adjudged for all offenses is a forfeiture of ___________ pay (and allowances) for _________ month(s). AND/OR The maximum forfeitures to be adjudged for all offenses is a forfeiture of ___________ pay (and allowances) for _________ month(s). OR No forfeitures will be adjudged.
