Adjoining premises. To carry out works of construction, demolition, alteration or redevelopment on the Estate and any adjoining premises (and to permit others to do so) as the Landlord in its absolute discretion considers fit (whether or not these works interfere with the flow of light and air to the Premises) and the right in connection with those works to underpin and shore up the Premises.
