Common use of Adjacent Premises Clause in Contracts

Adjacent Premises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, to the extent the cost of maintaining insurance with respect to the Building and/or any other buildings within the Project is increased as a result of Tenant's acts, omissions, use or occupancy of the Premises, Tenant shall pay for such increase.
