Adherence. If negotiations extend beyond the anniversary date of the Agreement, both parties shall adhere fully to the provisions of the Agreement during the period of bona fide collective bargaining.
Adherence. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed to modify or replace any 19 state or national requirements for Resident training or board certification. Adherence. Each Guarantor hereby adheres without limitation to the terms of the Secured Finance Documents and undertakes to comply with the undertakings contained in the Secured Finance Documents to the extent applicable to each Guarantor.

The Shareholder undertakes to the Company (for itself and on behalf of each other party to the Shareholders’ Agreement) that he will, with effect from the date hereof assume, perform and comply with each of the obligations as a Shareholder under the Shareholders’ Agreement as if he had been a party to the Shareholders’ Agreement at the date of its execution.
Adherence. I understand that my doctor may ask me for a urine drug screen sample or a count of my pills at any time. This is performed routinely for all patients to improve the overall safety of using opioids. Urine drug monitoring will also look for other substance use that increases the risks associated with using opioids. Further refills/prescriptions will be tied to completion of urine tests.
Adherence. Each Guarantor undertakes to adhere to and comply with any undertakings and obligations set out in the Senior Finance Documents, which is specified to apply to the Guarantors.
Adherence. The Covenantor hereby covenants to and undertakes with each of the other persons in the schedule to this Deed and with each such other person who may from time to time expressly adhere to the Shareholders Agreement (by way of execution of a deed or by way of novation) to be bound by and comply in all respects with the Shareholders Agreement, and to assume the benefits of the Shareholders Agreement, as if the Covenantor had executed the Shareholders Agreement and was named as an original party thereto.
Adherence. 2. Subject to the provisions of clause 3 below, the Covenantor hereby covenants to and undertakes with each of the Shareholders, the Adviser and the Company and with each such other person who may from time to time expressly adhere to the Shareholders' Agreement (by way of execution of a deed or by way of novation) to be bound by and comply in all respects with the Shareholders' Agreement and to assume the benefits of the Shareholders' Agreement, as if the Covenantor had executed the Shareholders' Agreement as an original party thereto and was named therein as a Coinvestor.
Adherence. Any Entitlement Band whose Chief is not, as of the Execution Date, a signatory to this Agreement, may thereafter adhere to this Agreement and enter into a Band Specific Agreement in the manner contemplated by section 10.01, provided such Entitlement Band:
