ADEXCOMM. Sellers, the Company and Purchaser shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause ADEXCOMM to be reinstated such that it is validly existing and in good standing under the laws of its jurisdiction of incorporation as soon as possible, and in any event within 8 weeks of the Closing. At such time as ADEXCOMM is validly existing and in good standing, it shall re-execute and affirm its representations and obligations under this Agreement.
