Common use of Adequate Separation Clause in Contracts

The Trustees will ensure that adequate separation exists between SASMI employees who perform functions related to its health care component and other employees of SASMI so that Protected Health Information will be used only for any group health benefit functions performed by ▇▇▇▇▇.
