Common use of Adequate Financing Clause in Contracts

Adequate Financing. Buyer is able to obtain, through borrowings under existing lines of credit, all funds necessary to satisfy all its obligations under this Agreement and with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including its obligations to purchase the Assets and to pay the Purchase Price to Seller.
