Common use of ADEA Revocation Clause in Contracts

ADEA Revocation. Executive acknowledges that he has been given the opportunity to consider this Agreement for twenty-one (21) days before signing it. For a period of seven (7) days from the date Executive signs this Agreement, Executive has the right to revoke this Agreement by written notice pursuant to Section 13(c). This Agreement shall not become effective or enforceable until the expiration of the revocation period. This Agreement shall become effective on the first business day following the expiration of the revocation period.

This Agreement shall become effective on the first business day following the expiration of the revocation period.
