Addresses. All notices and other communications required or expressly authorized to be made by this Agreement shall be given in writing, unless otherwise expressly specified herein, and (i) addressed to the address set forth on the applicable signature page hereto, (ii) posted to Intralinks® (to the extent such system is available and set up by or at the direction of the Administrative Agent prior to posting) in an appropriate location by uploading such notice, demand, request, direction or other communication to ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, faxing it to ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ with an appropriate bar-code fax coversheet or using such other means of posting to Intralinks® as may be available and reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent prior to such posting, (iii) posted to any other E-System approved by or set up by or at the direction of the Administrative Agent or (iv) addressed to such other address as shall be notified in writing (A) in the case of the Borrower and Agents, to the other parties hereto and (B) in the case of all other parties, to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent. Transmissions made by electronic mail or E-Fax to the Administrative Agent shall be effective only (x) for notices where such transmission is specifically authorized by this Agreement and (y) if such transmission is delivered in compliance with procedures of the Administrative Agent applicable at the time and previously communicated to Borrower.
