Common use of Addresses for Notices to the Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Addresses for Notices to the Guarantor. All notices and other communications hereunder to the Guarantor shall be in writing (including telecopy communication) and mailed or telecopied or delivered to it, addressed to it at the address set forth below its signature hereto, or at such other address as shall be designated by the Guarantor in a written notice to the Administrative Agent at the address specified in the Credit Agreement complying as to delivery with the terms of this Section. All such notices and other communications shall be effective as provided in Section 10.01 of the Credit Agreement.
