All notices, requests, demands, ---------------------- instructions, directions and other communications provided for hereunder shall be in writing and shall be mailed (by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid) or delivered to the applicable party at the address specified for such party on the first page of this Agreement or, as to any party, to such other address as such party shall specify by a notice in writing to the other party hereto. Each notice, request, demand, instruction, direction or other communication provided for hereunder shall be deemed delivered (i) if by mail, five business days after being deposited in the mail, addressed to the applicable party at its address set forth above, (ii) if by hand or by overnight courier, when delivered to the applicable party at such address.
