(a) Manner in which notices made Each notice or other communication under this Agreement is to be made in writing and sent by facsimile, electronic mail, personal delivery or by post to the addressee at the facsimile number or address, and marked for the attention of the person or office holder (if any), from time to time designated for that purpose by the addressee to the other party.
