Addresses and Notices; Written Communications. (a) Except as expressly set forth to the contrary in this Agreement, all notices, requests or consents provided for or permitted to be given under this Agreement must be in writing and must be given either by (i) three (3) Business Days after being sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid (ii) one (1) Business Day after being sent via a reputable nationwide overnight courier service guaranteeing next business day delivery, (iii) on the date of delivery if delivered personally, or (iv) if by facsimile, upon written confirmation of receipt by facsimile, in each case to the intended recipient as set forth below. All notices, requests and consents to be sent to a Partner must be sent to or made at the address given for that Partner on Exhibit A, or such other address as that Partner may specify by notice to the General Partner. Any notice, request or consent to the Partnership or the General Partner must be given to the General Partner or, if appointed, the secretary of the General Partner at the General Partner’s principal executive offices. Whenever any notice is required to be given by Law or this Agreement, a written waiver thereof, signed by the Person entitled to notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to the giving of such notice.
