Common use of Addresses and Notice Clause in Contracts

Addresses and Notice. All notices and demands under this Agreement shall be in writing, and may be either delivered personally (which shall include deliveries by courier), by telefax, telex or other wire transmission (with request for assurance of receipt in a manner appropriate with respect to communications of that type, provided that a confirmation copy is concurrently sent by a nationally recognized express courier for overnight delivery) or mailed, postage prepaid, by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, directed to the parties at their respective addresses set forth on Exhibit A, as it may be amended from time to time, and, if to the Company, such notices and demands sent in the aforesaid manner must be delivered at its principal place of business set forth above. Unless delivered personally or by telefax, telex or other wire transmission as above (which shall be effective on the date of such delivery or transmission), any notice shall be deemed to have been made three (3) days following the date so mailed. Any party hereto may designate a different address to which notices and demands shall thereafter be directed by written notice given in the same manner and directed to the Company at its office hereinabove set forth.
