Additional Work Permits Sample Clauses

The 'Additional Work Permits' clause defines the process and requirements for obtaining any extra permits necessary for work beyond those initially specified in a contract. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for identifying, applying for, and securing these permits, and may address how costs or delays related to additional permits are managed. Its core function is to ensure that all legal and regulatory permissions are in place for any expanded scope of work, thereby preventing project delays or legal complications due to missing authorizations.
