Additional Work Changes Clause Samples
The "Additional Work Changes" clause defines the process for modifying the scope of work beyond what was originally agreed upon in a contract. It typically outlines how either party can request changes, the approval process required, and how adjustments to cost or timelines will be handled. For example, if a client needs extra features or services not included in the initial agreement, this clause specifies how those requests are documented and priced. Its core function is to provide a clear, structured method for managing and compensating changes, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand how modifications are handled.
