In addition to warranties expressly disclaimed elsewhere in this agreement, Xxxxxx gives no warranty that: ● Output Data will yield any particular result or utility or perform any particular function, except to the extent that the Software does not perform as described or is otherwise defective; or ● the supply of the Services will confer on Customer any particular commercial objective, outcome or benefit.
