Common use of Additional Variable Services Clause in Contracts

Additional Variable Services. Urban Desk may provide additional Services directly or through a business affiliate. Such Services will be billed in arrears at the end of the month, as per usage, and are due within 5 days from the date of the invoice. Fees for such Services, plus applicable taxes, will be applicable in accordance with Urban Desk’s published rates which may change from time to time.
