Additional Updated Technologies Clause Samples

Additional Updated Technologies. Audible agrees during the Term to provide or make available to the Business, to the extent that Audible has the rights to do so, the future developed and implemented technologies and intellectual property that are used to operate the Audible Service, for use by the Business in substantially the same manner as such materials are used in the Audible Service. The parties shall mutually agree upon a process for including in the Business new technologies that are implemented for the Audible Service without additional costs other than those related to or arising out of the Business.
