Additional Unspecified Services; Changes Clause Samples
The "Additional Unspecified Services; Changes" clause defines how services not originally detailed in the contract, or changes to the scope of work, are to be handled. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting, approving, and compensating for extra work or modifications, such as requiring written change orders or mutual agreement before proceeding. Its core function is to provide a clear mechanism for managing and documenting adjustments to the contract, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand how changes will affect timelines and costs.
