Additional Unacceptable Materials Sample Clauses

Additional Unacceptable Materials. Substances hazardous to health such as toxic or corrosive materials or liquids. Liquids of any kind whether contained or not. Medical waste or animal carcasses. Any material not listed above, however, considered unsuitable for containment including, but not limited to, asbestos, paint, gas bottles, fluorescent tubes, light bulbs, vehicle batteries, household appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and televisions. The only exception to above restrictions is if the contents have been approved by ALPHA Trailer & Equipment Rental, LLC at time of contract agreement/signing.
