ADDITIONAL TRUSTS; ADDITIONAL FUNDS. If any management investment company in addition to those listed on Schedule A desires the Transfer Agent to render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, the management investment company shall become a Trust hereunder and be bound by all terms and conditions and provisions hereof including, without limitation, the representations and warranties set forth in Section 4 above. In the event that a Trust establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Funds listed on the attached Schedule A, with respect to which the Trust desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Fund hereunder.
