Common use of Additional Transferors Clause in Contracts

Additional Transferors. Transferor may designate additional or substitute Persons to be included as Transferors under this Agreement by an amendment to this Agreement (which amendment shall be subject to SECTION 13.1 and to any applicable restrictions in the Supplement for any outstanding Series) and, in connection with such designation, the initial Transferor shall transfer a portion of the Transferor Interest to such additional Transferor reflecting such additional Transferor's interest in the Transferor Interest; PROVIDED THAT prior to any such designation and issuance the conditions set forth in SECTION 6.3(d) shall have been satisfied.

Additional Transferors.
