Additional terms of the Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1. If the Bank Guarantee is approved in any currency and the corresponding Bank Guarantee or a portion thereof is issued/paid in another currency, the official rate of exchange established by the National Bank of Georgia effective at the moment of issuance/payment shall apply.
