Additional Terms Concerning Operational Waivers. In connection with the matters described in clauses (a) and (b) above, Administrative Agent and Required Lenders hereby waive any Event of Default that would have occurred (including, without limitation, under Section 9.01(l) of the Existing Credit Agreement) in the absence of such consent pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents solely to the extent resulting from the Loan Parties’ failure to continuously operate the Borrowing Base Properties (other than the G▇▇▇▇▇▇ National) during the BPP Cessation Period or the G▇▇▇▇▇▇ National during Second Extended G▇▇▇▇▇▇ National Cessation Period, as applicable, it being acknowledged and agreed by the parties hereto that nothing in this Section 6(c) shall constitute a waiver of (i) any Event of Default occurring as a result of the Loan Parties’ failure to continuously operate (after giving effect to the provisions of clauses (a) and (b) above) any Borrowing Base Property, (ii) any other non-monetary obligations of the Borrower set forth in the Loan Documents except to the extent otherwise expressly set forth herein, or (iii) any monetary obligations of the Borrower set forth in the Loan Documents.
