Additional Termination and Suspension Provisions. (a) If, after the Effective Date, any regulation applicable to the Company is amended or modified, or if any new regulation applicable to the Company becomes effective, and such amended, modified, or new regulation requires the inclusion in this Agreement of a provision not presently included in this Agreement, then the foregoing provisions of this Section shall be deemed amended to the extent necessary to give effect in this Agreement to any such amended, modified, or new regulation.
