Common use of Additional Tenant Insurance Clause in Contracts

Additional Tenant Insurance. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall maintain such other insurance as Landlord may reasonably require from time to time, but in no event may Landlord require any other insurance which is (i) not then being required of comparable tenants leasing comparable amounts of space in comparable buildings in the vicinity of the Building or (ii) not then available at commercially reasonable rates.
