Common use of Additional Tenant Insurance Clause in Contracts

Additional Tenant Insurance. Tenant's insurance required under Section (27(a) and (b) above shall also include business income coverage against any interruption (including utility interruption) in Tenant's business (whether direct, indirect, contingent or interdependent), including, but not limited to, coverage for Tenant's leasehold interests and obligations to continue paying all rental amounts hereunder, lost revenues and income, and extra expense. Such coverage should be for a period of at least twelve (12) months, with an extended period of indemnity of at least thirty (30) days. The deductible for such coverage may not exceed twenty-four (24) hours.
